I have always loved complementing the colour and richness of glass with metal surfaces and sculptural forms. The Dreambird series have explored these relationships through collaborations with metal workers. Firstly Ralph Driessen, a blacksmith from Healesville, and then with Justin Purser, a metal artist from Yarra Glen. These works are fun to make and share with others.
